Refund policy

For non-edible items like glassware, our return policy lasts 14 days. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, you need to provide a photo showing one of the following: 1. The item was significantly damaged during shipping. 2. You received the incorrect item.

To initiate a return, please submit your request along with a photo to info@cocktailartlab.com for further instructions.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon arrival and reach out to us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the problem.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as edible and custom items, cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
